Analytics and tracking

We use Google Analytics and Adwords data in a basic, user-focused way, mainly in aggregated data reports for assessing acquisition, behaviour and conversions.

This gives us control over areas including customisable cookie settings, privacy controls, data sharing settings, data deletion on account termination. We will always act to minimise data collection, processing and storage in line with our Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics sets out best practices to avoid sending Personally Identifiable Information (PII) — we are satisfied that in following these we are minimising risks related to PII of persons visiting our website(s) being held by Google Analytics.

We also use full story (fullstory.com) for the purposes of collecting basic information about our users and their use of the Wolfcub Digital website.

If you do not wish to be tracked by full story, please follow their opt-out link here to excluded yourself from any tracking related to that service.

We also use HubSpot which uses cookies to track our website visitors and contacts. A cookie is a small text file that is left behind on a visitor’s computer when they come to our site.

When users come to our site, Hubspot leaves behind a cookie on our visitors’ computers that helps HubSpot identify them on future visits.

Cookies: How do we use them?

A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.

Cookies may be either “persistent” cookies or “session” cookies: a persistent cookie will be stored by a web browser and will remain valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before the expiry date; a session cookie, on the other hand, will expire at the end of the user session, when the web browser is closed.

Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.

  • Where strictly necessary. These cookies and other technologies are essential to the proper functioning of our website.
  • To remember your preferences. These cookies enable our website to remember information that changes the way it behaves or looks, like your preferred language or the geographical region that you are in.
  • To analyse visitor behaviour statistics. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information anonymously.
  • For marketing purposes. These cookies enable tracking and analysis of visitor behaviour within our website.

Cookies: How can you opt out?

To opt-out of our use of cookies, you can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from websites you visit.

If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all aspects of our website.
